What problems are you having with the program or better yet what where you hoping the program would do for you?

First, it refuses to stay connected without errors. I'm aware that you have to toggle it a few times to connect but regardless it always has errors. The longer it runs the more often the errors and sparatic the connection. If you can't get done what you need within 20-30 seconds, you won't have a steady enough data stream to work with. I've tried it on 3 separate laptops (2 xp and 1 windows 7). I also was hoping the computer would be able to read engine hours. I bought it with the sole purpose of setting the iac. It seems well put together, just not working for me.

I've also tried on 2 engines with the data link removed to make sure they were running 100% independent.

Tunertech, it seems as if you know about this particular problem. Is there something you suggest if no one sells me one? Thanks
