Bravo Driveline Jackshaft housing - 93911A4

Does anyone have the bearing support for the back of the flywheel housing that is used on driveline installations?

Part number 93911A4 Number 1 in the picture.

do you need only the housing or complete whit bearings and the shaft ?

I have 2 sets that have twisted shafts in it
