2001 Cobalt 226. Ran fine 2 weeks ago, wouldn't start last weekend. Everything on the dash has power and motor turns over but wont start and fuel pump not priming when key moved to on position. Had a fuel pump replacement 2 years ago so I thought that would be a possible culprit. Replaced the fuel pump with a cheap one I found on ebay, no change. I then realized that previously when I turned the key to the "ON" position not only would the fuel pump prime but I would also get 2 audible beeps from the engine bay. I no longer get the beeps. The only thing I can hear is a relay click from the kill switch... Snugged down every ground I could find and checked all the fuses. I oddly did find a blown 40 amp fuse which I believe is for the trim actuator and relays... I wiggled all the plugs and connectors back there with no change as well. Batteries both have good 12.5+ volts. I pulled the ECM harness and was able to ground out the pin for the fuel pump and could hear the fuel pump prime. Also checked the 12v ecm pin and had good 12v there. Im about at the end of my mechanical knowledge especially regarding fuel injection systems but I think this is leading me to a fried ECM....
