Definitely have it surveyed.

Warlock went through several ownership hands some were just superb, others not so much.

I saw a Warlock just yesterday at Lavey-
It wasnt finished, but the boat was built really well.

Too funny thread!

I woke up and was going to ask the same question as the author did..lol

I have been looking at a few Warlock's 27 to 29's around here in SOCAL.

I found a new 29 world class for 59K with 496 Merc W/ Bravo One drive, closed bow.

for the money its either this or a used mid 90's cafe racer, so been thinking hard about this. wife says do what I want too!!

Good Price?

Have a 1995 22 lxi custom with a built duramax diesel in it.. Glass work is thick as a brick, hardly a spider to be found after 15 years. Everyone thinks the stripes are painted, all gelco.. Very solid boats.

Some of the ones in the 04 newer had a liner with minimal wood in the floor. You wont find another boat that size that handles the rough as well. Powerboat mag claims its the best handling offshore single they ever tested. Mine runs 88 with a single 500 efi. Stock. Nothing at all done to the motor. I can give you the number of the guy who put the boat together if you want. Let me know.

Default 2004 29 worldclass

I have a 29 worldclass with a mercury racing 525 efi, Bravo XR drive running a Mercury lab finished 28pitch 4 blade.
Boat handles rough water well I am in the Chesapeke Bay near Annapolis Md. best speed to date is 79.87 on my GPS light load of fuel and 2 people aboard. Have had no problems with the boat. It if keep on a lift under roof and always covered when not in use. I would strongly recomend the boat and would buy another.

PS: my prior boat was a 38 cigarette Topgun with 2 blower motors. I purchased a 40 sedan bridge for extended cruises and the Warlock to satisfy my need for speed. Not disapointed especially at the pump, GREAT BOAT!

John does great prop work and built a few I raced with. I have to say don't waste your time or money on a Mercury 4 Blade. Buy a 5 blade Hearing 27 and the boat will do 82, run straight as an arrow and give you a decent hole shot. You won't get that out of a Mercury Bravo 4 blade no matter how hard its worked.
