23 World Class

Looked at a 1987 World Class..boat seemed to be very well built but the cockpit sole had what seemed like a lot of give to it, is this normal. The factory and another owner told me that the floor should be rock solid. My guess is that the coring wood in the floor is rotten, opinions, stay away?...thanks?: Matt

I have a 1990 24' Euro and the floor in it is rock solid. The year is not far off........I would think something is defiantly wrong.

Re: 23 World Class

Either of you two have any pictures of 23WC or a 24Euro? We just don't get to see boats like these here in MN and I'd love to see them. Thanks.

Re: 23 World Class

Hey born2burn: you are right that something is wrong with that boat, I had it surveyed and not only does the floor have issues but the transom is wet, oh well, the search continues. The Warlocks really seem to be well built, the 23' I was looking at was all balsa cored and designed for big water. I really like the looks of your Euro, could you post some more pics?, how do you like it? Caincando: I will try to send you some pics of the one I was looking at...Matt

Anyone know if the 23WC and the 24 Euro are the same hull?

Basically the same hull with different windshield area and aft. The WC is more squared off and has a bobbed aft and the Euro is more stealthy and sleek looking. The swim step area is also different. The Euro has 2 small swim step platforms that are built in to the transom and the WC has a seperate attatched or none at all.
