Guys, I know that boat club forums on OSO usually don't see a lot of action, but I thought I'd use this space to generate hype about the launch party!

On Saturday, April 25pm, the first-ever WMO event will occur at Boatwerks restaurant in Holland. Doors will open at 6:30pm, we'll have our annual business meeting at 7:00pm, and the party will begin at 8pm.

The board is trying to make this party worth coming to, and whether you're certain you'll become a member or not, I think we've accomplished that!....

-We have the plush and private Macatawa room reserved for WMO attendees only
-Curt Watkins' 50 foot Skater w/ 1350s will be on display in the parking lot
-We'll have a raffle for a free ride in the Skater and a free full membership, among other things
-A cash bar will be there, along with free hors d'oeuvres
-A compilation of west michigan boat videos will be playing on the screen, and good music in the background
-A specialty go-fast boat cake will be served
-Free WMO decals will be handed out
-Of course, lots of like-minded people will be there to talk go-fast boats
