May move to Vegas...
How is the boating scene out there? I know you have Lake Mead, Mohave and Havasu fairly close. Any marina recommendations for a 38?
Do the marina's supply lifts, should I sell mine and plan on buying another out there or should I have mine shipped?
I also have a wakeboard boat that I am bringing out and need to find a marina for it as well.

There are a couple crappy marinas on Mead. I usually go to Heminway which is closest to Boulder City. No problem for your 38. I don't think they provide lifts though so you may want to ship yours out. The ski boat may be more useful on the lake especially in the summer. Unless we get a good wind storm and the water kicks up a bit it is a pretty boring lake for performance boats. You pretty much blast across the lake to find a cove to beach on, then jump in the water and float all day long. It's just too hot to stay in the boat. Havasu is more interesting with shops/restuarants and the channel, sand bar, etc.
You can haul out to the coast in about 5 hours and it is worth the trip. Even if you only do it once a year you HAVE TO do the SCOPE poker run. Desert Storm on Havasu is a must do also.
When are you coming out?

It's OK AL. It's 28* and freezing rain here.
Should be starting out there in February or March.

How's it going Chris? Still looking at Scott's place to rent? It's actually been kind of chilly here lately, highs in mid 50's but sunny and nice. Getting things straightened out with the medical board?

Well, you moving or not? I got my house up for sale and it is one of the few in Vegas where you can actually store your boat (50' x 15')... U let me know.... PB sold his house already and it is 1 hour further from the lake than what mine is..
