Sunday 10/5 in Havasu

Havasu is NOT a bad place!!!!!

We spent the day with some friends. It was a little windy in the morning, but by noon turned into a beautiful day.

First he took the boys tubing. Notice no boats in sight at 11:30am

After 30-40 minutes of getting beat up the boys were done.

Then it was off to Park Moabi. it's about a 19 mile drive up river. This was around 12:30, notice how flat the water is. Normally on a weekend, this water is a washing machine.

Nothing in front of us

Nothing behind us, WOW

Sandbar was very quiet

Arriving at the no wake zone at Devils Elbow in the gorge.

Just beautiful

We get to Park Moabi and are quickly greeted by a regular.

The end of an incredible day...... Close to 5:00pm and I'll bet we saw 4 boats on our way back. It doesn't get much better.
