Spring Break @ Havasu Questions

Im from TX and a few of us our looking into coming out there for spring break. What are the better days to go, and which part of Havasu do I need to look into staying at? If a pro Havasu boater could chime in and give me an example of an ideal itenerary for water/night time for the days there it would be appreciated.

Nautical Inn. You can beach your boat but you can't (officially) save a spot. I like The London Bridge Resort because you can get a slip.

Sand Bar, The Channel, Copper Canyon are the standard hang outs.

I don't go for spring break though...too many dumb dunk kids. You should do Desert Storm instead!

Desert storm is the weekend to go! Book your rooms asap at the nautical inn. The poker run is usually the last weekend of april. Check lakerracerllc.com for details.

I'm 41 and have avoided Spring Break like the plague. Too young of a crowd unless you're into high school and college aged girls. Desert Storm is a blast. I also used to go Memorial Weekend and it was a lot of fun but it's been a few years because I was in between boats. I'd recommend bringing your own babe because Spring Breakcan be a sausage fest.

I go to Havasu for spring break and for Desert Storm. Spring break is a blast if you are into the young party scene. Watch for drunk boaters and strict law enforcement. I am planning on going March 27 - 29, and possibly the weekend after if the weather is good. I would keep an eye in the weather if you are planning on going. Ill be at the naked turtle having bloody mary's for breakfast.

I will also be at Desert Storm... this is one of the best weekend in Havasu closely followed by Jet Ski weekend.
