there is always the chance of major failure where any machinery is involved
and to be honest...... anything much over 60 mph on the water in a mono or air entrapment .......is high risk.....
we take a lot for granted that our machines are just going to keep propelling us along...no pun intended
no rhyme or reason but bad SH?T just happens sometimes........

Sometimes its all in the hands of the man upstairs I guess,
