Jeff, I didnt make it that far yesterday. I cruised it about 40mph to the opening of smith bay and everything looked good so I went 1/2 to 3/4 throttle for about a 1/8 mile then shut it
down and opened the hatch to check on it again and found
oil comming out of the fuel pump vent hose and a little from
both oil sticks. I also found out too much oil in each engine.
About 2-qts too much.
I went ahead and spent the rest of the day there cleaning and
enjoing the sun. oh and 1 or 10 beers. On the way back I
opened the secondarys for the first time. I heard the seat brackets start poping so I pulled it back to 1/2
throttle from there back to bee springs and put it on the trailer. I flipped the gps and max speed set was 86.4. I think its going to be 91,92mph like it is and 102,105 with the 1071s
I still have work to do. Maby next weekend I can strech it out.
If I can find the cord for my camera Ill post some vids of yesterday.
