I was reading in the Excalibur Owners section that the 27 Activator was derived from Bill Farmer's 27 Excalibur (pictured below).
It sure makes sense especially when a poster said his 27 Excalibur was 6'6" wide at the transom, which mine is. Anyone out there with supporting information? |

That's my boat! From what I gathered Bill Farmer sold his Excalibur molds to both Fountain and Wellcraft (only the 27). When Wellcraft was done with the 27 molds Activator got them.
