Maybe at 2900 RPM. But I can't believe they don't restrict at WFO.
As for the issue at hand, I still say you needed to go up another 1" to 1.5"
How did it plane off with and without the ITS?

It was already too high based on the numbers and the way it came on plane. That was why the 1".

You KNOW I'm not conservative with the X. :D

It would be interesting to slap on some 4" tubes and see the difference, wouldn't it?

So far. But a new configuration with the drive and also the first one we've ever built with full time mufflers.

I never knew that NY had a crazy law that makes switchable illegal.

Pat, NH has the same law. It's probably more wide spread than you think.

So we need the trick switch installed. Forgot all about that.

We have the same law here in Indiana but you don't see me running around with mufflers. I have the Teague 450 tips and I just try not to switch them off with my tail end facing the water patrol.
One last thing, I would have to agree with Pat when he said he's not real conservative with the X. :evilb: :D

I looked into last year. Statefarm full coverage $850 with the 525. Boating on Hudson River including New York Harbor, Outside of Harbor(Ocean) $1500.

That sounds about right. You would think outside of traffic areas and obstacles would actually be less.

Of course this is applied logic probably not statistical.
