is that real stone or that molded stuff? looks great!!! Man that has been a long project. That has always been my dream big big garage with apt. over it. The wife would never go for it though, I have tried. thats going to be a sweet place :cool:

All concrete.....both floors have radiant heat in them. Apartment is 1700 square feet. 33X52 :cool:
