Re: Active Thunder 43 ?
If the swim platform is molded in, don't you have to include it in the LOA. I know it makes the boat a couple feet longer than it actually is, but I thought the was mandated????

It depends on who is measuring it. Monday its Jay, and its a 45 footer. Thursday its Pat, and its a 43 footer. Its a vicious cycle. We need to collectively make sure no one brings a North Carolina tape measure, because then it will be known as the AT-50. :evilb: |
Re: Active Thunder 43 ?
By law; if the swim platform is molded in (not detachable) it must be condidered in the LOA.

Re: Active Thunder 43 ?
THe LOA needs to be correct on the Builder's Certificate.
We can name it anything. We're just chosing not to mislead the public on what they are actually getting. Ok, so does everybody have their dictionaries out now? Spell-check me again! |
