Need A prop!

I need a 4 blade 26 for my 28 AT savage w/ a 525efi and Bravo XR. Do these boats spin LH or RH props? thanks vic

I have a 26 bravo 1 and a labbed 28 bravo 1 both are for sale. Pm me a phone number and we can talk price.

ActiveThunder 03-27-2007 08:15 PM

Vic,

I PMd you. A right-handed 26 was stock. Did it fall off?

See what John wants for his 28 lab. It would be a good choice.

Pat

Try a 4-blade 29" Hydromotive and have Throttle Up lab finish and reduce diameter if you need a few more rpm's. Just a thought....If cost is not a factor(haha) try a 5 or 6 blade and get Matt or Julie @ Throttle Up to work with you...they know props.

correct me if I am wrong but a bravo1 prop will not work on an XR drive because of shaft size???? With that said I have a 28 for an XR

Same prop you just have to change the hub insert.

can't change the hub in mine

Bravo props are the KINGS of BOG! Try a Hydromotive & go up 1 or 2 inches in pitch...lab it...and if you need a few rpm's then reduce diameter, but start with an 1/8" or less. You can take more(for free if you use Throttle Up), but you can't put it back!

you been talk'n to Clark?:evilb:

I put maximus props on my fountain and took the hubs out of my bravos so they would work on the bravo 1 drives. The maximus came with XR hubs. I put them in the bravo props and have them on the AT now.

I will take a long look at mine when I get home, but I don't remember seeing a removable hub in it. I know that I have had brovos with changable hubs but this one ????? I am in Ca. now for a nother week and half I will ck it though

ACTIVESHACK 03-27-2007 10:23 PM

I use a small brass punch and tap mine from the back end till its loose then flip the wheel over and pull it out.

cosmic12 03-27-2007 10:26 PM

I will ck. Did you get Over Active home yet?

Shack, I looked at my prop and there is no removable hub, the splines are machined into it, solid hub. go figure:confused:
