Need some advice

I know a guy who is looking at a 37 Active Thunder @ Lake Cumberland in KY. It is at a dealer I've never heard of.
1999 White & blue with a yellow lightning strike down each side.
That is all I know. Thanks!

I think I know of the boat. If it is the one I'm thinking of it is a non step 500 boat that either is or was owned by the owner of a nudie bar in Lexington. pm me if you want to know more.
