Well, here is the latest the dealer agreed to take my boat on trade and just emailed me today saying he now cannot afford to take my boat on trade. I do have a signed agreement with them stating this so now I have the choice of either having 2 boats or waiting for mine to sell. I have already faxed the agreement to my lawyer to see about taking legal action. I can't believe this is happening. wtf!

Tom I am very sad to hear that. Although it doesn't suprize me. I have heard nothing good about that place, and it stands to reason just look at how they get there boats to sell in the first place. I do hope it works out for you, keep us posted:(

Hopefully it works out for you ,that boat is awsome, cos had it in the pirates run last year and it was nice not being the only A/T there. looking forward to the james run where the A/Ts WILL RULE.:drink:

Two boats is even worse, I had 3 at one time big pain in the butt! Hope it works have the lawyer go after them they are breaking the agreement!

Well, my lawyer read the agreement and says we got a case. If I want to go after them. Since they marketed the boat on Boattrader.com they are subject to Illinois law.(Where I live) However, we would most likely have to retain a NY law firm also so we are talking some serious coin(lawyer fees) that I would have to sue them for. I also fear that if I push them into a sale they may sabotage the boat in some way.(maybe I am paranoid, but you never know) With all that said I am gonna wait till my boat sells and then make my decision if this 28 is still available. Business is going good for me now I think I can swing a bigger boat. As for the marina that has the boat I think they suck this deal was done.
