What is the exact beam width on a 32????

NADA shows several variations depending on the year. NADA shows 9' for 1997 and earlier and 8'2 for 1998 and later. Did the deck change width in 1998???? I thought the only change was the angled deck above the transom.

My 2000 is 8'2"
