Ok whats the deal
This boat keeps popping up. Why has this thing not sold for the price. I know Pat did not build this boat but is there something wrong with it?
http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o17236-en.html Whats the handlinig like with the OB? |
I like the outboards
Just not popular, but I like the way they run...
|
I dont know, but if it were available when I bought the pantera, I would have bought it, I have almost that much dough wrapped up in a 24 single OB, not to mention the 3 years labor.
|
Hey rchevelle71, Gonna go run with any Sutphens any time soon?:D:party-smiley-004:
|
Wish that was listed when I bought mine, looks like it needs some new seat covers for my tastes. Really liking the idea of twin outboards these days, but would miss that big block sound untill the first fill up....then it might be better.
|
what would be the handling diff between this one and a BBC.
anything i should be look for or be weary of? |

Just go make a deal on it. If you don't like it, I am sure we can get rid of it down here.
At least we could try it out and see what they are all about. |

If your looking for a really nice 32 AT, shoot me a PM. I have a customer who has a really nice one that's going on the market pretty soon once he secures the deal on a 47 Fountain w/trips. Both engines are new long blocks installed approx 2 yrs ago. I did the work. Currently we're in process of replacing/repairing one of the transom assemblies (swivel shaft leaks) I'll have the motor out by the first of the year and will either repair to new or just replace w/new. It's white w/ green accent stripes - very clean. MPI, polished pulleys, really nice sound system, lights, cover, etc.... This guy takes really good care of his stuff.

that boat was built for mike livorsi at thunder in illinois. Bob laid the boats up good and yes there is wood, but it was sealed very good there. It is the same as a 25' cig hull and ran over 70 if i remember, correctly. The boat was very strong and ran good. The dash is in a pic. in the gaffrig/livorsi catalogs .
