Well we have two for sale. WE have a 15.2 hand 8 year old TB that has evented at beginner novice ( Eventing is Cross country junmping, stadium jumping and dressage) This is my wife's horse and she has taken him to clinics with Jimmy Wofford and has taken private lessons with Bruce Davidson. Both of these guys are some of the most succesfull olympic riders in America. I don't know how high exactly this horse jumps but my wife said she has jumped tables as big as our dining room table. He has the ability to go Prelim in eventing. We are asking $12k.

Fiesta is a our 14.2 hand pony which is 14 years young. He has more energy than the TB! He is also an eventer but his best sport is Jumping. He Loves to jump. he has jumped 3' with ease. He is very special to us because years ago he was nearly staved to dealth by a neglectful owner. When the person who saved him first saw him he was literally climbing a tree trying to get bird seed from a bird feeder. Today he is a very healthy happy boy that loves applesauce for treats. We are asking $7,000 for fiesta.

I gues that all depends on the boat vs. the horse(s)

For us it is typically about $700 for horses board and trailer. Plus any Lessons,Vet visits and horse shoes, suppliments, and our horses are very well kept so once the weather warms up they get put on electrolytes etc...

A busy month in the Summer may run us $800- $1000 to show two horses.

My current boat costs me $200/month and sips the gas so I guess the horses are more $$ right now. :D

The boat and horses are costing about 1200.00 per month, that could be one nice boat for that money. Good luck on the horse sale..Got this for sale it is a 24 Pantera not an Active Thunder but closer than a horse.

Got alot of horses on the rear 300's with 15 hrs. on them

I set the AT hook this summer when I had Sox and his wife drive our AT with us in the back seat down the bay to Jellyfish and back. He's looking at others but his wife knows.....the safe, solid feel of an AT:D

Thought the horses would be more, I know what I spend on my dog on vet bills is more than my doc bills, but my wife would kill me for trading him for a boat:angry-smiley-038::D

We have a 17 Acre ranch with a full training facilities, a trainer and breeding.We have 12 of our own, but that number changes as we sell and buy.Plenty of boats here too! Horses and horsepower.:cool-smiley-011:

Vets bills for horses are cheaper than cat and dog vets. ie Made my stallion a gelding cost 250.00 operation took a few hours

Damn that's not bad, cost me more than that to find out my dog had a stomach bug last summer.......:D

But would spend any $$ for my pal

The boat is just finishing detailing and should be ready to show next week.
We are taking care of the normal minor use problems and expect the boat to show very clean.
I ran with the owner at a poker run last year and the performance is typical AT.........very strong.
