Heat pump was on borrowed time. Air handling unit was original to the house...circa 1985 and the condensor unit was replaced in '95. The other system is not far behind. But hopefully our house will sell before that one takes a dump. :D Looking to move over to Chick's Beach. A lot closer to the boat and away from the Oceanfront. |

Other computer has those pics in it. I'll wait at the 1st stop again. That way I can merge in and have a constant flow of boats all the way down. But things can change.:D
