definition :one that leaves a protective device found in the boating industry, dangleing over the sides of his/her vessel while underway. Looking like one of those ugly phukin' poodles with those hideous looking haircuts bouncing all over the place.



Leaving a line attached to a cleat is "preparedness"

definition: when a boating afficianado (like myself and my wife) are out for a leisurely day on the water and see no need as to remove said line from the forward cleat of said Active Thunder and do secure the afformentioned line to a secure spot inside the cockpit of vessel not impeading or hindering any other actions that may take place during the run back to said Marina.
