Here's a pic. that was in the Aspen newspaper a couple of weeks ago. That pic I put up earlier was taken in December when there had been 100" and now there up to 311" for the year. Should be some good skiing when we head out there next week. I know I've got some shoveling to do when we get there. :D

How far are you from Colo Springs? I will be in there on the 16th and be there untill the 4th.

LONG way...if I remember correctly. Used to live in Boulder and skied and four wheeled all over the state. But that was post college days back in '80 - '82. Memory is not what it used to be....:angry-smiley-038:

In the summer when Independance Pass is open it's probably 4 hours but in the winter you have to go up to Denver and get on I-70 so it's 6-7 hours.

7 miles up Rivah by the dam. Best ramp on the Chick and the only one to use if the tides low.

cosmic12 03-02-2008 02:43 PM

Looks like a nice ramp & calm

Well, HyperActive made it to his new home yesterday. Was a long haul after not having much sleep. Thank you again James for yours and Reba's hospitality. We will keep in touch.
