The 25 AT is not made anymore. And no its not because its a brochure boat that was a comment I made because it was in the brochure when I had my 25 made in '99. And the reason I figure that Paul used Rare is because.....he's a salesman.

R Addiction 04-16-2008 08:06 PM

Mint condition, rare, one of a kind, own a legend!!!!

NOPE .... just calling a spade a spade.....I'm a consultant NOT a salesperson :cool-smiley-011::D:cool-smiley-027:

So let me help this thread out ..... here is what RARE is referred to in this instance......

Definitions of rare on the Web:

* not widely known; especially valued for its uncommonness; "a rare word"; "rare books"
* recurring only at long intervals; "a rare appearance"; "total eclipses are rare events"
* not widely distributed; "rare herbs"; "rare patches of green in the desert"
* marked by an uncommon quality; especially superlative or extreme of its kind; "what is so rare as a day in June"-J.R.Lowell; "a rare skill"; "an uncommon sense of humor"; "she was kind to an uncommon degree"

I agree, I was just pointing it out that another had shown up in the classies. Also the other one's price should help justifie price on yours.

Looks like a real clean boat. But curious what's "rare" about it?

These aren't collector cars, they're boats. -Even if it's the only Teal checkered 25 w/HP500 built in 1997. One of a kind maybe, immaculate etc. but RARE? C'mon tri-state, let's keep it real please.

RARE ---- Why not many were made or are still around....that makes it rare as well as as the condition of the boat.

Now if I called a 1999 Baja 25 Oultlaw RARE I could see your point. OH and I am keeping it real BTW.

Do you own an AT SOCALSTONE ?

I guess that does technically make it rare, and it is by the way- a really nice looking AT.
I just associate "rare" with collector cars/ potential investment yada yada.
Doesn't seem right for boats, but hey just my opinion... and we all know what opinions are like!

No, I don't have an AT.... but I suppose I have a "rare" 26 outlaw. I think it's the only one on the planet with a 600sci.

TexomaPowerboater 04-29-2008 02:46 PM

LOL.........

So does anyone know how many 25 AT's were made.........

outriggers 04-29-2008 06:21 PM

Market must be Hot!! Not too often you can raise a price by $2000
