The Keys sounds great to me. I do not mind being the organizer. Is mid to late October good for all? How many days is everyone planning on staying/running etc..

Could go the weekend of the Fri Oct 11th to Sun Oct 13. This is also the weekend of the Columbus Day Regatta. Thats when Tracy and I went down to Key Largo with Pat and Diane. The Westin is beautiful and they have really nice docking available. The Florida Powerboat Club also has a run that weekend to Key Largo and the Columbus Day Regatta. So I'm sure there will be other OSO menbers down there that weekend also.

So what do you all think about that time??

BTW here's my logo from Steve. What do you think?

I put the AT avatar on Tracy's ID.

And she agrees with the OCT dates.

That sounds like a great time and the dates work for me. How far in advance do we have to make reservations at the westin at that time of year?

When we went last year I don't think we made our reservations more than 2 or 3 weeks prior to going. They had plenty of rooms available at that time. And the dockage is free for patrons of the hotel. Nice benifit.

Cool

Todd, maybe you should direct Jassman to the Columbus Day Reggatta pictures you have which happens to coincide with this weekend in October you are mentioning. I already have my beads ready. Wonder who gave them to me as a present.....?
