Awesome. I still have my 1984 Mastercraft that I bought in The Atlanta Boat Show when I was 19 years old. I'm 44 now!

very cool, same age, got this boat in 84 as well, dont remember who it was anymore but got it as a demo boat since it was used in one tourney as a back-up pull boat. i have a lot of great memories in that boat, or rather behind that boat. its cool that my kids 6 and 9 are really getting into skiing.

I had the '97 Prostar 190 as well. Awesome boat, the kids loved it. Pretty neat when I had some alternator problems with it and I took it to my high performance mechanic in the Ozarks on the 4th of July to drill out a bolt for me. He said are you kidding me as he lifted the hood up and saw the Corvette motor under the hatch. He laughed and said, I can have it ready for you to pick up in a couple of hours. My wife and I laughed!!! They truly are awesome family boats.

Ditto!

I decided it would be more fun crossing wakes at 60 mph in a boat rather than on a water ski...trying to make the next ball. Those face plants at that speed are no fun.

Dayum, I miss those days!

hey thanks I feel very lucky, I hope that I am doing the same things when I am that age. he had back surgery 5 yrs ago and was told by the surgeon that he would spend one week in the hospital and a min. of two weeks in a rehab hospital. two and a half days post surgery they just sent him home. he is continuing to set the bar high for me in many ways.
