What kinda numbers would this boat see?

That would depend on what engines you put in it. I think low 80's with 496HO's, low 90's with 525's.

I wonder if it would even hit 80 with those big 350's. I think a 33 with triple 300xs' would be sweet!

Dollar for dollar you save minor money with 2 outboards, especially 350 Verados. I have owned both outboards and inboards and there really is no real cost savings. You would also have to put three 300 Verado outboards on the 33 to get it to perform like a 496HO boat. Add cost of the third motor and price and fuel burn would be the same if not slightly greater to the 496HO package. Also 350 Verados only come with a 1 year warranty. 300 Verados come with a five year warranty.
