But Thunder seems to be coming at Sonic speed.

Maybe I am speaking out of line but I heard the “rumor” that Sonic and AT were merging operations. They will build both boats under separate brands but Pat and AT will build, rig, and finish all boats. It will be like Fountain building Baja but as all of us know significantly better!

I don’t think the deal is inked but it is in the works.

Either way there will still be a great product, I love my Sonic and those AT's. Pat is great to deal with and a professional, so either way it will be good.

Could the rumor be because AT and Sonic are in joint adventure on model's that are targeted to be sold in Europe? Also hasn't Jay Ross worked for AT for a while? And I believe AT has painted alot of the new Sonics.
