You've got me and R'Addiction to hook up with if you can make the James run. Let either of us know when you know. P.S. Get Pat to send you some screw jacks to replace the 2x4's for the engine hatch. |

Ouch, low blow. At least in the FAJA they color match the 2x4 to match boat, AT must not I see, but at least there is two of them. |

Pat did this when the boat was built. Its coming upon 10 years and still looks great.
Well i got them apart and all looks very good, found the blown head gasket that had my leak down numbers down between # 2 an #4 cylinders. heads and valvetrain all look good, cams , lifters ,look like new , roller rockers , push rods look like new, even the exhaust manifolds look in great shape. Now its time to decide what goodies to put back on it and how far i want to go into my pockets $.
I say dig deep and spend it.

What are you going to do with the heads?
Is it just me or does it look like your motor leaned out ?

Two good choices are eother the AFR's or get ahold of Dean Gellner, he is not that far from you, I have heard great things on there port work.

Not sure yet , either sell them and go for afr or redo them with some port work and all new parts.
