exhaust on 32
 

Any one using headers or other exhaust on a 32 other than gill, dont look like there is much room for headers on the outter side of both motors ,and i know my gills with the tall long tails rub my engine hatch now.

I have CMI's. The lip where the hatch rests is nothched. I also have a taller hatch than you and my engines are moved forward a foot.

May be stuck with the gills by the looks of yours.

Ask Tibbstoy2. He had headers made for his but also raised his hatch to make it work. It looks nice when done correctly.

I really don't think you will have an issue. The CMI's are not really any wider than Gils. I think the tails are maybe a 1/2" more outside diameter at most. Tha would only be 1/4" on each side. You already have the taller Gil risers, so the CMI height should be very close to the same also.

Sounds good i call you monday, you off all next week, if so i may need a hand 1 day for a couple hours.

I had stainless marine builde me a pair and he angled the outside manifold in 4% to clear the lip better, also made them taller than the cmi's.
