My friend just listed his 25 Active Thunder in the classifieds and I have to say this is one great deal.
I have been on this boat many times and can't say enough good things about the way it rides and the quality of these boats.
He has taken excellent care of this boat and trailer.

Beutiful Boat, a little high on the engine hours, but looks good for the $$.

i dont think this one will sit around long. its a beautiful boat and runs strong. just a great sized boat, reliable set up, and good size to power ratio.

I'd like to know how he hooked the k-planes up to electical indicators and it if actually works. Pretty slick if it does.

Where do you see the K Planes?

The owner is a straight up guy who has owned the boat for 8 years and takes care of everything he has. I have known him for a long time and if he was aware of any issues he would tell you up front because he is an honest person.
You are correct when you say it seems cheap. Myself and another friend felt he should ask more for the boat and trailer but it is his boat, his decision.
He has been a boater for many years and has decided to change direction and sell.

This boat is not a duck, More like an eagle.

The first person to look at it is going to buy it.

I helped him list it on OSO the other day and I see he has tried to update some of the pictures causing them to duplicate ect. It is a pain in the butt trying to resize them to fit the dimensions and requirements.

They were the Kiekhaefer 110 Series and came standard as electric senders.

Motor pic shows the pumps down in the corners. And with three trim indicators on the dash I assumed they were k-planes...


Some bigger pics would help, as well as some transom pics. Overall the boat looks pretty good, you can see the trailer beams reflecing on the bottom of the hull, which means that hull bottom must have a pretty good shine on it...

Nice ride. Wonder how long it would take my wife to come after me with a knife if it showed up in my driveway?!

If you email him he will send you whatever pics you want or go to the garage and take something of interest to you. and when sent direct they should be larger.

Unfortunatly the classifieds wants you to resize the pictures to I think it was 600x400 and when he uses a program to do this it cuts it down small. To bad there is not built in software when you post the picture to do this for you.

Photobucket lets you resize to any size you want.. I dump all my pics there just incase my puter takes a dump.

Congrats Denny! Dont't think you are done with boating yet, you always have a seat on our boat. Someone bought and awesome boat at a great price.

Do we know who the lucky person was that bought the boat? Nice boat and I am sure it will make him happy, hope it stays in Ohio.

I'm sure the new owner will come out here on OSO soon.
The boat will stay in Ohio and be a regular around the islands from what I understand.
