Overpaid for boat
 

Was totally entertained by the locals in buffalo yesterday as I filled the boat up downtown. I quote "man nice boat how much u pay for it" don't remember exactly but it was alot "what u pay like a grand" no little more "man like 3 or 4" to which his buddy says " don't be stupid boat like that cost like 30-35 thousand" yep u nailed it. Next question how much gas that hold, oh about 40 gallons. I quote "sh!t that must cost like 400.00 to fill up.

That's pretty funny. Most people not involved in boating have no idea how much this stuff costs.

I want one for 30-35K,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I'll take 2 for that matter!:lolhit:

Went to the gas station a couple weeks ago and topped off the tank. Cost $41.00. Old man behind me laughs and says " I bet that was only half a tank". When I told him how much it takes to fill it when it is is empty he about fell over.. Jeff Wurl

I love the " Ya goin fishin taday" , when Im gettin gas. Some people just dont get it. My boat isn't that big but its clearly not a fishin boat.

When you live in pa where i live you get all kinds of that stuff because me and a few buddys have the only boats like these within 100 miles. Still fun to listen to some of the remarks.

i laugh and say to them w a straight face " no this is a hunting boat....we hunt 2 legged deer" they usually walk away scratching their head or say" oh my you hunt off a boat?"
