Yeah, some unexpected things came up and I have to get into house hunting ASAP... So, in all, I have to get rid of the toys...

A friend of mine is in real estate and I have her looking around for me.. I told her, no HOA, must have big enough yard to put a BIG garage in it so the future upgrade lol.... Im definitely making sure the next boat can stay at the house I buy...

I still had calls on it this summer, some people can`t read "SOLD" on powerboatlistinigs I guess. If I get anymore I`ll forward them to you Scott.

For the most part. Changed the headunit and amplifier. Installed a Garmin GPS/Charplotter with Depthfinder. Windscreen is gone and the the factory vinyl dash is back in its place.

Yup, because Im starting higher for all the nickel and dimers that will talk you down.. I have a number that I'll take for it.... and I love when someone uses the "well, the economy is hurting"... and I respond with "well, the boat is a luxury item, not a necessity, so if you are looking at a boat, you better show me the money" haha

Funny you say that, because I got an email from a realtor today with a water front house with a dock... Bad was it was a tiny azz cottage on the property.. I'd have to demo and build an actual house lol

Scott, That may be the way to go. You can build what you want and it will be all new. Not a bad thing. My wife is in real estate and has alot of people buying for the property not the structures. How much property? Think about.

I've got to see the details. I also found this listing.. Something seems a bit off with it though.. Price doesn't match up with the house..
