I believe the new owner might be looking to sell the blowers and convert it back to stock intake system... so keep that in mind as it could be a nice swap for someone!

That's correct, the top part (seat back) just slides into place, there is no bottom to sit on... in and out in 2 sceonds (insert joke here)!

What's the ride compare to on the 37 AT?

The ride and speeds are probably most comparable to a 38 TS.
