I have asked as well. No idea.

We could start listing them?

I have one - OCD
Glad8her - DA King
There's that one with surface drives
There is Boat Freaks old one
There is (forgot his screen name) but the red one (joined us at Jammin this year)
There is SLboatdrinks
New Moon
The purple one with twins (stored in NH right now)
One more that looks like Glad8her's

(that's all I know of) so including yours. = 10??

MASOMAN 10-24-2011 07:54 AM

what color? The ones I listed above may have been sold 2 or 3 times since those people owned them.. But I think I know the one you are referring to and it wasn't listed above.

So 11 thus far.

boatfreak 10-24-2011 08:53 AM

I think there is one in California.

The one that looks like mine no longer looks like mine. Kill Switch owns(owned?) it and it is now yellow/orange/blue.

The red one is "Outriggers"

I get asked this question all the time and I tell people between 20-30.

zee66 10-24-2011 03:02 PM

Thanks Pat! I knew the correct answer would be coming soon. 25 boats times 28 feet = a 700ft savage!:lolhit:

Mid to upper 70's. Normally I have 4 adults plus coolers and full fuel. That drags it down to about 72. What means a lot to me is that my best fuel economy is aro 52mph. Great for trips to Chicago from Milwaukee and back. Plus it handles the 3-4 ft waves we regularly see while keeping the props in the water most of the time.

I would love to get my hands on a Savage with twins. Just a great sized boat with bulletproof power.

i would take one with twin 300xs outboard's and extended cockpit :)

R Addiction 01-03-2012 09:56 PM

Yea, that would work too!!

zee66 01-04-2012 08:10 AM

Those are great numbers for the twins, whats the fuel capacity? Is it 100 gallons like the singles? How much more weight with twins?

i would think twin outboards would weigh about the same or even less as long as they where 2stroke's , the merc, 250 & 300 xs motor's weigh around 510 lbs each so that would be 1020 lbs for both motor's + the weight for the bracket, oil tank's and steering . i no 1 big block weigh's more then 1200 lb's complete with drive ect,
not sure what a complete small block package weigh's ,
except for small block outboards :)
mike

[Quote) How much more weight with twins?[/QUOTE]

I believe twin 350 + B1 = 1025lbs ea......2050 total.

with that # twin outboards look like the way to go , save Almost 1000lbs off the back of the boat.
