Adam,
Talking with several owners, low to mid 80's seems to be the norm in everyday trim. As Brian mentioned, B1 32P 4 blades are what most are running and appears to well with these boats. As you know, there's a little more speed to be had if you want to work on props and or lighten the load. Regardless, it sounds like the 32p B1's are hard to beat for a good all around and econaomical prop. Honestly, running low to mid 80's in a well optioned 37 with 525s sounds pretty good to me! I think you're going to be really, really happy with that boat. Spicy/Boatfreak, Adam recently bought that salvaged 2006 37 that slid and "hit a sand bar". |
Boat is pretty light with no ac or genny as compared to other 37's

Yeah but my 10 passenger's average 100lbs so I'm not doing to bad :drink:

Buy a pair of 32P B1 props and start there. They are the SUV prop for the boat; they do everything at well balanced comparatives.
Then you can star playing with Brett and BBlades, but I would still keep a pair of stock 32s on the boat at all times as the spare/backup set. |
sounds good to me.....

I have a set of Hydro P5X 30's still in the barn that i ran 89 on in fresh water, let me know if you want them. Bret at BBlades dialed them in for me and they rock. Doing a little bit of garage clean up.
