Short list:

Cabin was close to gutted, replaced EVERYTHING from the headliner and walls to the carpet... including new granite counters and new stereo. All cabin doors were removed and the frames refinished. Added flat screen tv w/dvd. Had the old microwave and fridge removed and cabinets built and installed. We don't stay on the boat like we did when we lived in Michigan so we don't use those things.. and I wanted more storage space!! :drink:

in the Head we had new counter, headliner, walls and flooring.

Cockpit was totally gutted, replaced everything.. dash was redone with new gauges and GPS, throttles, side panels, seats, grab rails, cupholders, wind screen etc...

Engine compartment had motors pulled and engine compartment refinished. New sea strainers, new hatch actuator, underwater transom lights, diamond boards refnished...

Ok, maybe not so short list! I'll stop there! :)
