Truth be told, it's a bong exhaust. It comes down in between the opposing couches, and the bowl rotates to accommodate all passengers. It's a Haughey original design; yet not by Pat. :D :D

It's actually the beer can dispensor...as 80+ miles per hour it sucks beer cans up from the cooler and ejects them at the perfect height so the driver can grab a beer and keep one hand on the wheel!!!!!
