Hey Thunderdan, Is your boat home?
Is your boat in New Jersey yet?
|
Not yet, I had a bunch of touch ups I needed done first. It is hopefully shipping today.:)

Lake X
Are you still planning to post your testing saga?
Would love to hear it. |
Here is what happened at the Lake. We tried several different props, several different drive heights, several different drive lowers. We finally found the best match with some 1:35 sportmaster lowers and the 32 labbed props were hitting the rev limiters, 34 spinning at 5300 so we are somewhere in between. So it looks like we are going to give all the info the hering and have them make some custom props for us to stay in the corect rpm range, about 5500 rpm's.
|
Can you take us through the steps you went through, and the results of each? I remember you went to the Lake thinking the drives were too high, while other posters thought they were too low.
Be interested in what you learned, if you'd care to share it. |
I too would be very interested in the process and the results of each Dan.
Congrats on the triple digits. Just imagine if you start playing with blower pulleys.   Did those pictures come through in the mail? Trevor |
Hey Dan,
Still don't have the boat - I told you back in April you wouldn't have it until late summer - that's Pat! Good luck - hang in there! AC :D |

That's great Dan - Love to see the new AT!
