differences between a 99 and 01 Savage?

What differences if any between a 99 and 01 Savage?

POWERPLAY J 11-12-2012 05:56 AM

Two model years.

THE 288 KID 11-12-2012 06:41 AM

Price

Sydwayz 11-12-2012 06:42 AM

No different.

Drock78 11-12-2012 03:31 PM

Only difference I could see was the piece between the lounges and the V berth.

Then why did you ask if you already knew the answer? :lolhit:

JUPITER PULSARE 11-12-2012 04:16 PM

There may be some big differences but I can't remember when the change took place. The original 28's came from the same mold as the 31' Active Fish CC and were stick built inside the cabin. The later 28's came from the 32' Active Thunder mold with a dam inside the mold and had a cabin liner making up the V birth, settees and galley....I'm sure Pat can give the exact details!

quit picking on Derek, Jay!:lolhit:

Youre not going to have any time for boating anyway Derek! Might as well pack it up like 288KID!

POWERPLAY J 11-12-2012 07:52 PM

I'm trying to spend his money wisely. A 32 with twins is a perfect family boat. :evilb:

Drock78 11-12-2012 08:00 PM

If I buy a $60k 32 I won't be able to afford to use it whenever I want. Went and looked at a 28 Sunday and its huge compared to my 25 and still be able to use it whenever I want.

THE 288 KID 11-12-2012 10:00 PM

Drock78 11-13-2012 02:19 AM

Asking price for the 01 that's on here is 50.

Jordan.. you know this **** is like a drug addiction !

J..only way that's happening is if I put a blower on it or build a big motor.

dennis r 11-13-2012 04:43 AM

I take it you went and looked at Jims boat. it runs very good I built the motor in it.

Drock78 11-13-2012 05:32 AM

Never should have dropped the last one! What are you thinking this time, going smaller to save on operating costs if you wanna run it nonstop next summer?

Yeah he should buy yours. Maybe it will see the water more than 2 times and run the power over 3000 rpms. :lolhit::lolhit::lolhit:
