Headers/ exhaust
 

Need some help from AT owners. Looking for some headers (2 sets) for my 32. Stelling, older CMI (pre 2005), lightning, Hardin, Gil, with tailpipes (would like dry, but will look at anything) . No Stainless marine oe EMI.

If you don't mind me asking, why not stainless marine? I have CMI headers now & always said if I had to replace them I would go with stainless marine.

The stainless marine manifolds that I have are passing water in a capillary action, through the uncoated aluminum. We ordered and installed a brand new set, and they did the same thing (we have it on video). I have already lost one engine due to this, and don't want to risk anymore damage. I have contacted a company that will make tube lowers that will bolt up to my Stainless Marine Tails, but at 2k a side. Just looking for a less expensive solution

That's interesting. I really thought the Stainless Marine manifolds was the solution to header/manifold problems.
