Tantrums
 

Does anyone know how many tantrums were built and what years they where built ? I've been looking and have finally decided that's what I have to have but I am noticing there are very few for sale and I don't want to settle for a boat that's not exactly what I want. I've been told to look at sonic prowlers but the integrated SP just doesn't do it for me plus I trust AT a lot more because there are 5 in my are but they are all 32s and 37 s

So what would your ideal tantrum look like?

As long as it runs good I'm not picky I'm sure ill change interior and graphics to match my tastes I like dark blues and grays

sell mine for 35ish too . soon to have brand new gas tank and flooring

Ic I was thinking more on power also in 98 they stopped using wood something to think about I would have bought a 98 if one was in my price range when I was looking

I have always remembered 37 25's being built.
With such a small number produced and such a well built good looking boat. I think most 25's will retain a 30k + value as long as it is well cared for.
I would have to think hard about selling mine for 35K. Just for the fact that it is the perfect boat for me. As long as I still plan on boating the only reason to get rid of it would be for a stupid amount of money.

Thank you!!! A lit of hard work & $$$ into that little machine. I launch out of Mamaroneck right across the LI sound. We do most of our boating in the sound. Once in a while run around to the south shore or out to Greenport. & you?

Nice 25 AT. What year is your's? Are there really only 37 Tantrums built? I have a 00' Tantrum. I've never seen another 00'. Are there any out there?

Mine is a '98.

Just different, I do like stand up for docking. but I never stand under power anyway.....
