I've been working on the boat quite a bit lately, so my wife (in preparation for my birthday) thought she would as well. She has no formal training, just very creative! I can't imagine cutting this work of art!

Wow that's kick ass!!! I think I like the cost of ownership a lot more on the boat in the first few pics :)

Haha... You would think that... Just like Active Thunder, the boat is no-wood construction. On the downside, the gel-coat is soft, the marshmallow tail pipes don't handle combustion temperatures well, the pretzel swim platform is brittle (bad welds?). :)

Hot damn that's awesome! And pretty darn cool that the wife would rather put her energy towards doing something as cool as this rather than spending the same energy pizz'n that she could have new shoes etc. she's a keeper.

Thank you Pat and Diane and everyone else. I shared your comments and she is humbled and beaming with a little pride! I definitely have a keeper! We are glad to own an Active Thunder - the quality is unsurpassed. I can't imagine owning another kind (although a 37 may need to be in the plans with our growing family :) )
