How to get lucky with your iPhone 101: Have 'someone' leave it sitting on the side of your boat; and drive 10 miles and it's still sitting right there. Thank goodness for nonskid. We had to call from her phone to find it when we stopped for dinner. 'Someone' won't be placing a phone there again!!

I've made that mistake before years ago on my old boat. Now I know I need to check the walkrail before we take off down the road; especially if a certain 'someone' is on the boat with me. :D

I always blame "someone else" too Brian!!! Nice job...

Oh, the guilty party knows who she is. :D She was well "lubricated' though after putting down half a bottle of sweat tea vodka all day.

Lol, that's great.

Amazing how times have changed.

Boat builders (big offshore performance) used to taught how you could cruise at 60 and not spill Champagne from a glass.

Now, they can taught an Iphone not falling off the walkrail.

Did Otter Box help save the day :grinser010:

This was a 10 mile trip on the trailer, from the ramp to a restaurant.

And yes, I believe that the case had a lot to do with it. It's a polycarbonate on the outer case. It's made by Spigen.

My other case, an Otterbox, would have slid right off.

I often find myself quite distracted with my "someone"... has a lot to do with legs & boobs, and the wiggle & giggle... left my phone on top of my convertible, drove 5 miles and was surprised to see it there, cuz I sure as hell didn't remember putting it there...

I saw your Facebook post about this Brian. I got a kick out of it. I say it all the time, sometimes it's better to be lucky rather than good.

I've done that with my wallet twice. ...stopping off the road to put gas in the boat. First time, we found it on the road after backtracking our route - everything still in it! whoo hoo!

Second time, not so lucky. It was gone, and so was my private $$ stash that I kept hidden from wifey! doh! :party-smiley-004:
