I don't think those brown rusty looking stains will ever come out.
I have a couple of them on my gray floor and nothing I've tried even touches them. Not sure what caused them either.

UGHHH! I have a couple hours in to it with every cleaning spray / solution i have in my house and garage. I keep thinking I just need to find the right chemical.

You might just want to replace the flooring if you can't get it clean, should be under $500 for a 32' and you can pick your pattern and color. You'll have to pull the side combing panels and the bolsters, but what better way to get to know your new boat! PM me, if you decide to do it, I can give you some pointers.

I also have a few questions about my boat that Im sure some of you guys could help with-
How big are my fuel tanks? Are they connected or totally separate for each motor?
How big is the holding tank for the head?
Looks like ive got labbed 32 Bravo 1s, does that sound right for my setup? 500 EFIs
Thanks!
