I actually have a guy that does it here locally for me. Because we do a lot of custom work I have accounts and resources for materials. I order the materials, make up new panels as needed and he handles the stitching and foam. I made a lot of new PVC panels to replace older worn wood pieces. I like the PVC a lot better. It was tricky making the header/windshield location piece- I used a lot of heat and was able to replicate the bends like old wood/fiberglass piece. So far the new pieces look good- used white and silver carbon fiber.

Oh, nice. That looks good. If/when I do mine I was going to use that silver carbon as well b/c I wrapped my dash panels in that and thought it would look good with some of the interior matching the dash.

I'm looking forward to seeing some pics when you get it done.
