Default 32 Active Thunder Question

I’m looking at a couple Active Thunder’s and came across a 1996 32 Active Thunder. I’m curious on the space in the cockpit area. Coming out of a 353 Fastech. I owned a 32 Fountain Fever for a week. Took it out once and sold it. Was way to cramped for family of 2 adults 2 kids. Wondering if the 32 Active Thunder will have more room or same as the 32 Fountain Fever or do I need to jump up to a 37 Excess to get ample space?
TIA

I've been in a bunch of 37AT and a 32. I owned a Formula 312 and 382 and have been in a 353.......the 32AT might have MORE room than your old 353. Certainly way more than the 32 Fountain anyway!

As long as there’s more room than the 32 Fountain! My 353 looks to have more room between the rear bench and bolsters.

The cockpit on a 353 is slightly bigger than a 32 AT cockpit. 353 cockpit is probably 4-6" wider and maybe 4" more space between the backseat and bolster. The 353 is wider inside because the AT has the non skid walk around. The 32 AT cockpit is fine for 4 peeps and probably closer to 35 Fountain size. We have had 4 average adults and 2 kids in mine numerous times. The 37 cockpit is pretty much the same as a 32 except it has about foot more space between the back seat and bolsters.

Thank you Griff! Looks super clean. Having a hard time finding one remotely close to that condition.
