Well, work has been over the top busy and I haven't had a chance to work on EM. Lucky for me I have a brother that has spent all of his 4th of July weekend helping me get EM back together. He put the transom together while I finished redoing hoses and wiring. Hopefully tomorrow I will drop it in at the ramp and check for leaks.

Great job and I know you are excited to see this one back in the water finally. Get us a few pics when you hit get out on the water. I'm living on the water through everyone on the boating sites until next year when the wife will be able to get out on the boat again. Until then mines a garage queen.. lol.

Well, things never go as planned. I never got to splash the boat on Tuesday. But, fret not... I thought it would be a great idea to travel from West Michigan to upper state NY with an untested boat for the 1000 Island's Poker Run. I have a friend that is a sponsor that invited me to bring my boat up and run it. My brother and I traveled there on Wed knowing I had a couple days to do a couple minor fixes if necessary, When I woke up Thursday I couldn't remember if I had engaged the Bravo shift cable into the drives. The shifters felt too free when moved. We tore off the drives and sure enough they were not engaged. (I'm a TRS guy there are no shift cables) Backed the boat into the water and started the STBD engine (non dyno'd engine) and thee re were fuel leaks galore at the NPT threads. I thread PTFE sealant all of my threads. Apparently that did not work. I then teflon taped all the thread and they sealed right up. Even the push-loc barbed fuel hose leaked on the vacuum side before the pump. Next my barbed nipple on my cross-over was pouring out water. (Had a spare replacement with me) Besides an oil drip on a -10 hose that was all of the issues I had. We ran the first 2 legs of the run to the lunch stop and then just went out cruising and site seeing. I was the last boat (slow) we ran mostly 47-49 mph. Brought it up to 60's for a bit. Didn't want to chance too much on the 2 new rebuilds and copied Holley tune. They engine that was not tuned on the dyno use twice as much fuel as the engine that was dyno'd. I need to hook it up to the computer this week and do a data log to find out the issue. Also I need to tune the in gear idle. That might just be TPS reset. All in all it was a success.

Looking good in the water and glad you got the little issues taken care of so you could be on the water.

Thanks, I believe we put 50-60 miles on it and drove it back on to the trailer at the end of the weekend. I consider that a win.

Spending Friday night working on my new dash layout to interface with my Holley EFI.
The dashes each have their own 5 configurable switches if I run out of room for the stainless switches.
I'm going to 3D print cases at a later date and flush mount them from the under side.
