I have a 20 year old one and it truly is a great boat!! Handles the ocean and ICW beautifully. The new version has to be even better of course but the hull is amazing. Mine has a 200Yammy VMAX 2 stroke and the acceleration and time to plane is amazing. 62 or so on GPS but hey 62 on a boat like this feels like 80 something plus you’ll get to speed quicker than anyone else.
you’d be hard pressed to find a better all around 22 than this.

You gotta appreciate the rigging by Pat on this. First thing I noticed was the motor bolted on with 6 bolts instead of 4. It’s the little things that matter.

Having a hard time wrapping my head around why anyone that actually has to work for a living, and has to save up hard earned dollars, seeing that as great value for money spent, for this boat, or the Donzi. Now if I had several millions of dollars that were earned the easy way, I might splurge for the Donzi. Na, probably not.

You've sort of defined two different categories of boat buyers that exist today. Like many of us, I’m in the first category and won’t be shopping for a brand new boat…..
